1. How PixelDocu Processes Your Files

When you drop, paste, or select an image or PDF on PixelDocu:

• The file is read by your browser using the local HTML5 File and FileReader APIs.
• Image resizing, compression, and passport sheet generation are rendered entirely via HTML5 Canvas in local memory.
• PDF merging, splitting, page extraction, and password unlocking are executed locally using client-side WebAssembly and JavaScript libraries (e.g., pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist).
• When you click "Download", the file is generated directly from browser memory (Blob URL) straight to your local Downloads folder.
• Zero bytes of file payload are ever transmitted over the network to any server.

2. Sensitive Government Document Handling

We understand that users frequently process highly sensitive documents, such as:

• UIDAI e-Aadhaar cards and biometric registration slips
• PAN cards, voter IDs, and driving licenses
• Bank statements and confidential financial records
• Signatures, thumb impressions, and exam admit cards

Because our architecture is 100% client-side, PixelDocu personnel and third-party servers have zero access to your files or personal identity. If you disconnect your internet connection after opening PixelDocu, all tools will continue to function completely offline.

PixelDocu does not use intrusive tracking cookies, fingerprinters, or marketing spyware. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your data under any circumstances.

4. Offline Capability

PixelDocu leverages modern Progressive Web Application (PWA) cache headers. You can load PixelDocu once on your laptop or phone, disconnect your Wi-Fi, and process unlimited documents securely without an internet connection.
